Use occupational rehabilitation servicesA worker who has an incapacity for work must, to the extent it is reasonable to do so, actively use an occupational rehabilitation service provided in accordance with Divisions 6 and 7 of Part 5 of this Act or Divisions 2B and 2C of Part IV of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and co-operate with the provider of that service.
