WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 95

For section 222(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of the Water Act 1989 substitute —

    "(i)     for the purpose of irrigation; and

              (ii)     for stock and domestic use—

at the volumes and for the periods that are determined by the Authority in accordance with this Part; and".
