VICTORIAN WORKERS' WAGES PROTECTION ACT 2007 (NO. 71 OF 2007) - SECT 25

Transitional provisions

s. 25

    (1)     Any agreement made before the commencement of this Act authorising, or purporting to authorise, an employer to make deductions from an employee's wages that does not comply with this Act ceases 6 months after that commencement to have any further effect.

    (2)     This Act does not affect any proceedings commenced or concluded before the commencement of this Act.
