VICTORIAN WORKERS' WAGES PROTECTION ACT 2007 (NO. 71 OF 2007) - SECT 21

s. 21

For the purposes of this Act, any conduct engaged in on behalf of an incorporated body—

        (a)     by an executive officer, employee or agent of the body acting within the scope of the person's actual or apparent authority; or

        (b)     by any other person at the direction, or with the consent (express or implied) of such an executive officer, employee or agent—

is also conduct engaged in by the body.
