VICTORIAN WORKERS' WAGES PROTECTION ACT 2007 (NO. 71 OF 2007) - SECT 19
Employer not entitled to recover goods or services or their cost
s. 19
If an employer provides goods or services
as payment of wages in contravention of Part 2, the employer is not entitled
to recover those goods or services or their cost in any proceeding in a court
or tribunal against the employee.
