VICTORIAN ENERGY EFFICIENCY TARGET ACT 2007 (NO. 70 OF 2007) - SECT 30

s. 30

    The VEET scheme target is—

        (a)     in each of the first 3 years commencing 1 January 2009, 2.7 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent; and

        (b)     in each year of each 3 year period in the period commencing 1 January 2012 and ending 31 December 2029, the target prescribed for each year of each 3 year period by regulations made not later than 31 May in the year preceding each 3 year period.
