Co-ordinating medical practitioner may refer person assessed as ineligible for further consulting assessmentIf a consulting medical practitioner assesses a person requesting access to voluntary assisted dying as ineligible for access to voluntary assisted dying, the co-ordinating medical practitioner for the person may refer the person to another registered medical practitioner for a further consulting assessment.
