TRADITIONAL OWNER SETTLEMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 62 OF 2010) - SECT 4
Minister may enter into recognition and settlement agreements(1) The Minister, on behalf of the State, may enter into an agreement with the traditional owner group entity for an area of public land as to any one or more of the matters set out in the following sections of this Division.
(2) A recognition and settlement agreement may include provision for any matter which is required or permitted by this Act or which is necessary or convenient to give effect to the agreement.
