TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (ROAD SAFETY, RAIL AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2017 (NO. 68 OF 2017) - SECT 66
Driver licences(1) In section 19(7B) of the Principal Act omit "(or if that licence is suspended, whether by a court or the Corporation, during that 3 year period, during an additional period equal to the period of the suspension)".
(2) After section 19(7B) of the Principal Act insert —
"(7C) In calculating the period of 3 years referred to in subsection (7B), any period for which the person's driver licence has been suspended or for which the person has been disqualified from driving during that 3 year period must be excluded.".
