Accredited rail transport operator may apply for variation or revocation of conditions and restrictions(1) In the heading to section 53 of the Principal Act, after " rail " insert " transport ".
(2) In section 53 of the Principal Act, for "accredited rail operator" (wherever occurring) substitute "accredited rail transport operator".
