Rate of land tax on land held by owner subject to an absentee trust for 2016(1) In the heading to clause 5.1 of Schedule 1 to the Land Tax Act 2005 , after " trust " insert " for 2016 ".
(2) In clause 5.1 of Schedule 1 to the Land Tax Act 2005 omit "and each subsequent year".
