SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE PROPRIETORS) ACT 2010 (NO. 49 OF 2010) - SECT 56
Interim support plan(1) Within 48 hours after a person becomes a resident, the proprietor must cause to be prepared in relation to the resident a written document to be called the resident's interim support plan that includes—
(a) the immediate health and personal support needs of the resident; and
(b) the services to be provided to the resident to assist with those needs.
Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of a natural person;
300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
(2) The proprietor must ensure that a resident's interim support plan is carried out in accordance with the plan as prepared.
Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of a natural person;
300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
(3) When requested, the proprietor must cause a resident's interim support plan to be made available to—
(a) the resident;
(b) the person nominated;
(c) the resident's health service providers.
Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of a natural person;
300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
