SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE PROPRIETORS) ACT 2010 (NO. 49 OF 2010) - SECT 32
Secretary to decide suitability of new directors and officers(1) The Secretary must decide whether or not a person who is appointed as a director or other officer of a proprietor which is a body corporate, as notified under section 31, is a suitable person to carry on, exercise control over or manage a supported residential service.
(2) In making a decision under subsection (1), the Secretary must consider—
(a) whether the person has the relevant skills and knowledge to operate a supported residential service;
(b) whether the person is otherwise a suitable person to carry on, exercise control over or manage the supported residential service.
