Power of Board to acquire information (1) In section 69(1)(a) of the State
Employees Retirement Benefits Act 1979 for "this Act" (where secondly
occurring) substitute
"the administration of the Fund".
(2) In section 69(1)(b) of the State Employees Retirement Benefits Act 1979 for "this Act" substitute "the administration of the Fund".
