STALKING INTERVENTION ORDERS ACT 2008 (NO. 68 OF 2008) - SECT 68

    After section 60E(1)(l) of the Corrections Act 1986 insert —

    "(la)     an assessment of the likelihood that the prisoner will commit an offence in respect of which a final order could be made under the Stalking Intervention Orders Act 2008 ;".
