STATE ELECTRICITY COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 11 OF 2024) - SECT 15

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 24 of the Principal Act—

" Power to amend, vary or cancel encumbrances on Crown grant issued to former SEC ".

    (2)     In section 24(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     paragraph (a) is repealed ;

        (b)     in paragraph (b)—

              (i)     for "Commission" (where twice occurring) substitute "former SEC";

              (ii)     for "he" substitute "the Governor in Council".
