SENTENCING AMENDMENT (BASELINE SENTENCES) ACT 2014 (NO. 52 OF 2014) - SECT 4

After section 5(2)(a) of the Sentencing Act 1991 insert —

    "(ab)     the baseline sentence for the offence; and".
