RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 67 OF 2010) - SECT 146

For the penalty at the foot of section 377(1), (2) and (3) of the Principal Act substitute —

"Penalty:     60 penalty units in the case of a natural person;

300 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.".
