ROYAL MELBOURNE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ACT 2010 (NO. 3 OF 2010) - SECT 39

Subject to this Act, the University may create and administer—

        (a)     any trust fund; or

        (b)     funds for any other purpose.
