ROAD LEGISLATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 70 OF 2016) - SECT 51

After section 115 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995 insert —

        " 115A     Certificates for purposes of evidence—Roads Corporation

A certificate signed by the Chief Executive of the Roads Corporation that states any of the following matters is admissible in proceedings under this Act and is evidence of the matters stated in the certificate—

        (a)     that a licence had or had not been issued to a particular person under this Act; or

        (b)     that the Roads Corporation or a person authorised by the Roads Corporation had a right to occupy land under Part 9 of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 .".
