ROAD LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 28 OF 2009) - SECT 31
General evidentiary provisions(1) In section 84(7)(a) of the Principal Act, for "a detection device prescribed for the purposes of section 66" substitute "a prescribed road safety camera".
(2) For section 84(7)(b) of the Principal Act substitute —
"(b) an image or message produced by a prescribed road safety camera used to detect traffic signal offences, when used in the prescribed manner—".
