RESOURCES INDUSTRY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 6 OF 2009) - SECT 26

In section 81A(1) of the Principal Act ―

        (a)     for "a licensee" substitute "an authority holder"; and

        (b)     for "licensee" (where secondly occurring) substitute "authority holder".
