PROTECTED DISCLOSURE ACT 2012 (NO. 85 OF 2012) - SECT 39
Immunity from liability(1) A person who makes a protected disclosure is not subject to any civil or criminal liability or any liability arising by way of administrative process (including disciplinary action) for making the disclosure.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who, in making the protected disclosure, has contravened section 72(1) or (2) in relation to the information disclosed.
