PROTECTED DISCLOSURE ACT 2012 (NO. 85 OF 2012) - SECT 27
Advice to notifying entity(1) If a disclosure has been notified to the IBAC by an entity under section 21 or 22, the IBAC must advise the entity of the IBAC's determination under section 26.
(2) The advice must—
(a) be in writing; and
(b) be given within a reasonable time after the determination is made.
