Disclosures relating to a member of police personnel (other than the Chief Commissioner of Police)A disclosure under this Part that relates to a member of police personnel, other than the Chief Commissioner of Police, must be made to—
(a) a prescribed member of police personnel; or
(b) the IBAC.
