PROTECTED DISCLOSURE ACT 2012 (NO. 85 OF 2012) - SECT 151

In section 16H of the Ombudsman Act 1973 —

        (a)     in paragraph (c), for " 1982 ." substitute " 1982 ; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     a complaint that is a referred complaint within the meaning of section 16B(1)(c).".
