Privilege against self-incrimination abrogated for certain offences against the Protected Disclosure Act 2012Before section 33T(2)(d) of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 insert —
"(cc) an offence against section 72 or 73 of the Protected Disclosure Act 2012 ; or".
