PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 (NO. 60 OF 2014) - SECT 80
Power to examine witnesses(1) The Commissioner may administer an oath or affirmation to a person required under section 79(2) to attend before the Commissioner and may examine the person on oath or affirmation.
(2) The oath or affirmation to be taken or made by a person for the purposes of this section is an oath or affirmation that the answers the person will give will be true.
