PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 (NO. 60 OF 2014) - SECT 58
Complaint referred to Commissioner(1) The Commissioner may treat a complaint referred to the Commissioner by the Ombudsman under section 16I of the Ombudsman Act 1973 as if it were a complaint made under section 57(1).
(2) The Commissioner may treat a complaint referred to the Commissioner by the Freedom of Information Commissioner under section 61C of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 as if it were a complaint made under section 57(1).
