PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 (NO. 60 OF 2014) - SECT 36
Reporting and review(1) An organisation that is subject to a public interest determination of more than 12 months' duration must report to the Commissioner—
(a) annually; and
(b) at any other time, as requested by the Commissioner.
(2) Within 60 days after receiving a report under subsection (1), the Commissioner must review the public interest determination and consider whether to revoke or amend it.
