PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 (NO. 60 OF 2014) - SECT 129

In section 3—

        (a)     in the definition of "Chief Commissioner of Police", for " section 4 of the Police Regulation Act 1958 " substitute " section 17 of the Victoria Police Act 2013 ";

        (b)     for paragraph (a) of the definition of law enforcement agency substitute —

    "(a)     Victoria Police; or";

        (c)     in the definition of "law enforcement data", for "the police force of Victoria" substitute "Victoria Police";

        (d)     in the definition of "law enforcement data system", for "the police force of Victoria" substitute "Victoria Police".
