PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 (NO. 60 OF 2014) - SECT 116
Annual reports(1) The Commissioner must make a report to the Minister by 30 September in each year on the performance of the Commissioner's functions, and the exercise of the Commissioner's powers, under this Act during the financial year ending on the immediately preceding 30 June.
(2) The Minister must cause a copy of a report given to the Minister under subsection (1) to be laid before each House of Parliament before 30 October in the year in which the report is given to the Minister.
