PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 (NO. 60 OF 2014) - SECT 113
Disclosure to the IBAC(1) The Commissioner may disclose any information obtained or received in the course or as a result of the exercise of the functions of the Commissioner under this Act, if it is information relevant to the performance of functions or duties by the IBAC.
(2) The Commissioner must notify the relevant public sector body Head of any disclosure made under subsection (1).
