OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 (NO 69 OF 2006) - SECT 36
Maintenance plan(1) A prescribed owners corporation must prepare a maintenance plan for the property for which it is responsible.
(2) An owners corporation (other than a prescribed owners corporation) may prepare a maintenance plan for the property for which it is responsible.
