MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 96

    (1)     The regulations may make provision for and in relation to giving effect to the Prevention of Collisions Convention in relation to commercial vessels while the commercial vessels are in State waters.

    (2)     A person must not contravene a regulation made under subsection (1) that applies to that person.

Penalty:     120 penalty units.

    (3)     Section 9(1) and (2) do not apply in respect of this section.
