MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 86
Offences in relation to load lines(1) The owner or master of a vessel must ensure that the vessel is marked in accordance with the regulations with any load lines as specified in the regulations.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2) A person must not conceal, remove or alter any load lines with which the regulations require a vessel to be marked.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
