In section 3(1) of the Port Management Act 1995 —

        (a)     for the definition of channel substitute —

"" channel" has the same meaning as it has in section 3(1) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 ;";

        (b)     in the definitions of harbour master and "licensed harbour master", for " Marine Act 1988 " substitute " Marine Safety Act 2010 ";

        (c)     for the definition of navigation aid substitute —

"" navigation aid" has the same meaning as it has in section 3(1) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 ;";

        (d)     for the definition of vessel substitute —

"" vessel" has the same meaning as it has in section 3(1) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 ;".
