MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 41
Prescribed conditions on registration(1) In addition to any conditions imposed by the Safety Director under section 40, the registration of a prescribed class or type of vessel may be subject to prescribed conditions.
(2) A prescribed condition of registration of a prescribed class or type of vessel must not restrict the distance offshore that the vessel may be operated based on the length of the vessel.
