MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 40
Safety Director may impose registration conditions(1) The Safety Director may, at the time of registering a vessel, make the registration subject to conditions.
(2) A condition of registration imposed under subsection (1) must not restrict the distance offshore that a vessel may be operated based on the length of the vessel.
