MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 391
Part 8 consequential amendments(1) The heading to Division 1 of Part 8 of the Marine Act 1988 is repealed .
(2) Sections 66A, 66B, 66C, 67, 70 and 71 of the Marine Act 1988 are repealed .
(3) Section 65(a), (b), (c), (d), (f), (g), (ga), (gb), (h), (i), (j), (ja), (jc), (jd), (je), (jf), (jh) and (k) of the Marine Act 1988 are repealed .
(4) In section 65(jb) of the Marine Act 1988 , for "Plan; and" substitute "Plan.".
(5) Divisions 2, 2A, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Part 8 of the Marine Act 1988 are repealed .
