MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 386

    (1)     In section 31A(2) of the Marine Act 1988 , for "an accident" substitute "a marine incident".

    (2)     In section 31A(2A) of the Marine Act 1988 —

        (a)     for "regulated recreational" substitute "registered recreational";

        (b)     for "an operator licence" (wherever occurring) substitute "a marine licence".

    (3)     In section 31A(3)(c) of the Marine Act 1988 , for "not in charge of any vessel involved in the accident" substitute "not the master of, or involved in operating, any vessel involved in the marine incident".
