MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 336
Suspension of operator licences(1) A suspension of an operator licence under section 119 of the Marine Act that is in effect immediately before the commencement day is, on that day, taken to be a suspension under Part 4.6.
(2) On the day after the day that suspension ends, the operator licence to which the suspension relates is taken to be a marine licence.
