MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 327
Operator licences(1) A general operator licence (within the meaning of the Marine Act) that is in effect immediately before the commencement day is, on that day, taken to be a general marine licence.
(2) A restricted operator licence (within the meaning of the Marine Act) that is in effect immediately before the commencement day is, on that day, taken to be a restricted marine licence.
