MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 326
Prohibitions in relation to operation of particular vessels(1) A direction under section 14(1) of the Marine Act that is in effect immediately before the commencement day, is on that day, taken to be a direction made under section 269(1).
(2) A direction under section 14(2) of the Marine Act that is in effect immediately before the commencement day, is on that day, taken to be a direction made under section 269(3).
