MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 302
Offence to interfere etc. with navigation aid(1) A person must not, without lawful authority, wilfully or negligently interfere or tamper with, or obstruct the use or operation of, a navigation aid.
Penalty: 1200 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is an indictable offence.
