Seizure and sale of vessel and equipmentA court which orders the payment of any amount recoverable summarily under this Act may, if the amount is not paid at the time and in the manner specified in the order and if the person ordered to pay is the owner of a vessel, order that the amount outstanding be levied by distress and sale of the vessel and equipment.
