Marine Enforcement Policy to be had regard toPersons involved in compliance monitoring and enforcement activities under relevant marine safety laws, the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 or the regulations under that Act must, so far as is reasonably practicable, have regard to the Marine Enforcement Policy when performing duties and exercising functions under those laws, that Act or those regulations.
