Compliance with declarations that modify or provide for other requirements to apply(1) If a declaration under section 203 modifies the application of a provision of this Act, the regulations, the waterway rules, or the regulations made under the Port Management Act 1995 , a person to whom the declaration applies must comply with the provision as modified.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2) If a declaration under section 203 provides for a requirement specified in the declaration to be complied with, a person to whom the declaration applies must comply with that requirement.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
