Exemption from compliance with Act, regulations or Port Management Act 1995A person to whom a declaration under 203 applies is exempted from complying with a provision of this Act, the regulations, the waterway rules, or the regulations made under the Port Management Act 1995 that the declaration provides does not apply to the person.
