MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 132
Ownership rightsIf a person is not the registered person of a recreational vessel, but can prove ownership of the recreational vessel to a court exercising powers under this Part, that person may make any application or exercise any right that a registered person may make or exercise under this Part.
